ABOUT NDREAMS

nDreams is a rapidly growing digital games developer/publisher, set up in 2007 by Patrick O'Luanaigh, the former Creative Director of Eidos.

Gaming has grown and changed hugely over the last five years, and we were founded with the aim of being pioneers in this new world: we look to create new types of game, service new gaming audiences, and create new business models and partners to bring them to market. We are focused on generating original intellectual property. Our aim is to look outwards at the world, not inwards at our industry.

We were recently a 'Smarta 100' winner, and one of only five companies to be nominated in their technology category. We were also nominated for a 2011 Develop Award, for the third year running. We were featured in the Guardian Tech Media Invest 2010 and nominated for the Kemp Little award for business innovation. We are registered developers with Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. Our first major title, Xi, was released in March 2009, becoming the first console-based Alternate Reality Game ever launched. The Xi Hub in Home received over 5 million visits, and over 730,000 unique players took part. Since Xi, we have developed and published a huge range of additional projects in PlayStation Home, and are one of the most experienced PlayStation Home developers and publishers in the world.

We're now focusing primarily on virtual games/items and unique cross-platform digital console games - our latest launch, Aurora, received over 1 million visits in the first six weeks, and has had over 4 million visits and over 850,000 unique players at the time of writing.

NDREAMS CHARITY

2010 Charity Event

On Saturday 21st August, a bunch of people from nDreams raised over £800 for Whizz-Kidz, a fantastic charity that helps change the lives of disabled children in the UK. We did a 'Mega Charity Transport Relay', travelling on 27 different kinds of transport in four hours.

Comittment to Charity
